Communicable Disease

Communication from home is essential in monitoring communicable disease outbreaks. Please be sure to report Influenza-Like-Illness or COVID-19 symptoms to the school nurse if your student experiences any other the following symptoms:

• Fever >100 F, Chills
• Cough
• Sore Throat
• Headache
• Body Aches/ Fatigue
• Congestion or Runny Nose
• Shortness of Breath
• Loss of Taste or Smell
• Nausea/Vomiting/Diarrhea
