Sponsored by the NH Library Association, the Flume Book Awards highlight the best books as selected by NH teens. Flume nominated books are intended for NH teen audiences and must be able to stand alone--typically books that aren’t part of a series that requires other books to be read first. These are some of the best of the best out there.

Nominations are typically due in December, where a panel of librarians will narrow down the field to 10. Students then read and vote on their favorites.
