Incoming Freshman:  Incoming freshman are required to have a sport physical completed after February 1st of their 8th grade year to be eligible to play sports at Bow High School.  If your child had a physical done before this date, they will need to have a Sports Physical done. If your child's primary care is not able to provide this exam, several facilities like Convenient MD, Concentra Clinics, and CVS Minute Clinics provide this service. Convenient MD does offer sport physicals for $20, but please check with your insurance company before scheduling an appointment.

Sophomores, Juniors, & Seniors: Please send updated yearly physicals to jouellette@bownet.org so your child's health record can be maintained. This should also include a copy of the most recent immunization record.
